This delicious cheese comes from the raw milk of the producers of the cooperative of Bogève, which are located less than 5Km from the Fruitière.
It is enjoyed all year round in raclette and also in tray. Its dough is soft and fragrant. We make it all year round and is eaten after 2 to 3 months of ripening.
